I have spent more than 20 years in corporate finance, leading FP&A, forecasting, treasury, and capital strategy for growth-focused and private equity backed companies. I hold a Master's in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis.

After two decades inside larger organizations, I saw the same gap again and again: smaller businesses face the same hard financial questions as big ones, but rarely have the senior finance leadership to answer them. That is why I started J Margherio Consulting, to bring that same discipline to owners who need it, without the full-time price tag.
